That many turkeys on the island can feed everyont there for an island thanksgiving dinner. Quick question here as we are talking about Garbriola. Does Hoggan Lake hold any fish and if so what kind and can you get to it to fish.

I targeted the Denman Island feral turkeys last year. I couldn't handle not taking the opportunity any more. Dam...they were all feathers. Very little meat but the pepperoni is yummy blended with goose and duck. Bet I got 4-5 pounds off each tom.

The white meat is grey and tuff even the community hall refused the birds for the community thanks giving dinner.
