Your subject line is a bit odd, but yes, it is nice to see an online configurator in the boating realm. It seems that you're still stuck buying from the dealer though. I believe that a few other boat brands have configurators like this too, such as Boston Whaler

As an aside...even with only a few options that fishy 300 model is over $30,000!! Crazy!
