Just read about a feudal uprising where a Duke's son was killed by rebels. He was up on the battlements with his father's troops, defending the castle.
The rebels were in a bad way and their only remaining ordnance was the decapitated head of a peasant (DPH). The rebels loaded their trebuchet with the DPH, and with a lucky shot knocked the King's son off the battlements causing him to fall to his death.
This was the first recorded instance of a Serf-face-to-Heir missile used in warfare.
