tax advice less than 300 per hour?

i am looking for some simple layman advice on capital gain taxes. mainly how to avoid (lol), or delay them.
anyone on here mind exchanging a few simple pm questions for advice?
i know plumbing, drainage, septic and fishing. that is all.

i will look for a pic,, ex north king lodge boat #4... some on here have fished from it already!
