Sydney Hali Locations?

Anyone know of any locations close to Sydney to fish flatties? I have several locations close to Victoria, like Constance, Border and Hein Banks, but was hoping to find hali waters further north. Anyone ever try up that way?

I've heard of some coming from the channel and the back side of James island but I can't imagine there being too many around.
