We bought this for the cabin, then later changed cell providers, so don't need it anymore. It is for 12 volt system.
Complete with instructions and all parts. It is about 2 years old but was only used for about 8 months. It took a climber to get if off the side of the tree.

Yes it did. Changed to Rogers and we didn't need it anymore.
