sunday look good for Halibut? + Columbians are in!

tide/current wise? I think it looks okay according to Race Rocks current site etc..

any suggestions? we have no anchor, 17 foot Hurston. Should we just put some spreader bars down off the sooke bluffs? How deep? Not too interested in going for Halibut on a really rocky bottom, could loose some gear...

any advise appreciated.
