If you look on the right of the picture it looks like the boat is resting on some logs and the downhill orange stern strap is broken. Boat has shifted to the right on the bunks. I’m thinking if the logs were not there it would have flipped.
Its a seasport it will be fine just a lil buff and be good to go...
I personally would assume with the logging activity thats going on there tried to move over for some equipment

My guess would be that it came unhitched while towing or hitch failed? Hopefully they can use a crane and sling it out.
Picture make me think it’s in Sayward? Big log dump beside the road.
