Why are we here, were we short on salmon supply.How on earth can we let corperations decide their profit needs over humanity
and sustainibility?

If there is a shortfall in the worlds salmon needs and companies want to fill that void why are they not held to the most scientific standards and forced to produce the product sustainably although perhaphs more cost expensive to be absorbed by the shareholders and consumers together. To allow this proven practice that is detrimental to wild stocks is so reckless for you to turn a blind eye to this debate and proof that whether true or not, (can we afford the possibility weve been wrong). Short term profit over life giving nature. Make them put the fish farms on land for gods ske who you gonna offend if this is right. Do the right thing.

Your a politician not god ! Please dont allow the for profit production of feedlot salmon in our waters. If its a viable food alternitive it surly can be done with costs absorbed by the company and consumers to be produced , in a sound enviromental proven manner (ON LAND IN PENS) please give this attention , alot of new theories turn out to be detrentmental , lead paint, asbestos, urea formaldihye insulation . Be the visionary to provent it not one of the ones who accecpt it Please .
