Stolen Tackle!!!!

Also.... like lots of other people on here I always seem to buy something new in the way of tackle every trip and would be more then happy to give up a few flashers and heads if it will help. Steve.

And remember....Keep your tip up!!!

Hey guys you are really overwheming me with all the support . I cannot say enough how taken I am by the daily gestures and offers of gear. Thank you!

I have to remember after all, that these were only material items. I'll start again and all will be well.

I have taken the neccessary steps with the RCMP and filed a claim with both my houshold and Boat insurance.

As long as both companies resist passing the buck as to who is to offer compensation things will go smoothly. I hope. A long list has been made of items stolen. It is amazing how quickly everything adds up. Wow

I'll keep you all posted. In the meantime I will visit the shop for a couple flashers and some heads. Want to do a renfrew trip this or next week and I am feeling like a complete virgin. Weird not having my trusted boxes of arsenal.

Take care guys

HL

Hey. Highlights. Yes I sure hope somthing good is brought out of this. If there is any way i can help you out let me know.

Sorry to hear of your losses. Baseball bat justice sounds fair to me. A nice coil of razorwire around your boat sounds like a well-called-for preventative.

Heads-up... Sometimes these guys wait for you to make your insurance claim and rip you for the new stuff... Think razorwire!

Good Luck.

A sign of the times. Morality is dead, but for a few of us. Wrap herring jigs around the handles and downriggers or along the gunnel and let'em howl.

The neighbour informed me about 5 months ago that when she walked out to her car at 5 am somebody was pitlamping my boat. Looking for the kicker I guess.

They got my kicker and a few more locally two years ago. Seems like it was a raiding party from the mainland or so the scuttlebut goes.
