Stolen: 9.9 Merc 2 stroke longshaft

Stolen off the back of the boat in the driveway lastnight. It's a 1996 Mercury 2 stroke longshaft. Serial number is o6340231.
Any help to recover or locate would be appreciated.

Yeah, thanks Dan. I hope so too. The weird part is that it's probably not worth that much to flog. But, it was worth something to me. Pretty damn functional too! Even weirder is Buddy down the street leaves his Scotty electrics outside on the boat 24-7. You'd think they'd be toast pretty quick!
