Steering Console /25hp Motor - Wanted

I have a 14.5 Lund WC that I want to convert from tiller to console steering...I also want to re-power from a 2003 Honda 15hp tiller (20")model up to a 25hp outboard (used if I can find one - doesn't have to be Honda). What I need:
- console
- steering kit/mechanism (Teleflex may be an option)
- steering cable (probably 11' or less but won't have size till next week))
- 25hp outboard (no tiller) hopefully with controls/cables

I am not sure whether or not this is practical but let me know if you have anything...I am also considering selling my whole package (5 years old)and/or trade up to something a bit bigger. . Let me know! 604-734-8142

Have a few Alum console's. Have windshield and cuddy box. Some have steering cables and such, but have not been used for about 3 years. Send me an email and I'll snap a few pic's for you. Located in Qualicum Beach though. Also have an older Tohatsu (spelling?) 25hp longshaft, with tiller and tank (ex saleboat kicker, I think it runs - going real cheep
