Spring Regulation question

If you have 24 Springs on your license-all from the WCVI -if you go fishing on the East side of Vancouver Island are you allowed to retain a Spring. Not a question about catch and release etc etc-can you keep an East side Spring if you don't have one on your license and you are under 30 total?

As long as the correct area is noted on your licence, yes you can retain Springs up to your
legal limit of 30.

Yes license total is 30. However if you mainly fish the inside waters the max allowable is 15 from inside waters.

That is my question ! Yes I'm past 15-non of which came from inside-can I catch Springs and keep them if I don't exceed my total allowable of 30 over-all. Seems to be a yes!
