If you guys are trolling an anchovey or herring and it has what we all know as "The Perfect Roll" Do you change it after a certain amount of time or do you keep using it?

-Steve

Also Profisher, What depths have you been having luck at? Ive been trying anything 30-150ft

I've been fishing all over as well down to 100 ft, but have hit everything above 60 lately. The whales may change that if they find fish and start hanging around more often.

Well... I fished the consultants derby today off of sheringham and donated a hog to a Whale that happened to swim by... got the head back... measured it to a head in one of my crab traps that weighed in at 30 lbs and it was about the same size... soooo sad... woulda won the derby again this year! Great crew though! Who would ever complain about 4 drunk girls... lol:D

Very nice Addicted; I see you got stiffed again this year, lol.Still smiling this morning I bet. Even after losing a fish to a whale you still look pleased as punch. Funny thing, you never look that happy when we go fishing. Getting away from it all I see.....
Weather looks a lot better the next few days, see what happens....

Out in the breeze this morning and managed to land 2 or 4 (23 & 21) all deeper than 60ft. Guess the whales have driven them deeper for awhile.

Was out today yes a few fish we managed a 25lber bit snotty am but calmed right down till about 11 when we decided thats enough LOL

maybe this will be the start of it as great flood tides in the am this whole week.

Good luck wolf
