I shoot a 18mp T2i w/18-55 and 55-250 IS lens. A few accessories too, polarizing filter, hood, remote, tripod.


I am thinking a neutral density filter this week. That will help a lot on the long exposure shots.

Thanks man.... Really just learning. Only had the DSLR for just over a year. I only shoot on manual settings and it takes a lot of experimenting and youtube videos. I am slowly starting to get the image I want.

When I win the lottery I'll get a good camera like Pippens

I use a nikkon D80 that I have had for 3 years? I only use 1 lense, a 18-200 nikkor. I love photography but never practice. Unfortunately, my subjects are usually moving and thus I have no time to set manual settings or use a tripod. I would love to have enough time to learn the craft, especially when I see what others can create. I guess thats what retirement will be for

I grew up just up Blue Mountain Rd. from Maillardville and out my upstairs bedroom window was the view of Mt. Baker not too different from your pic.

You know your sick when you go looking for fish here! Yes that is snow in the ocean. It dumped at least a one and a half ft that night. The mouth of the Nias cr. was in 8ft of snow pack. The fish weren't running yet!LOL
