Plant Eastern Spruce Trees in huge tree farms. The Eastern Spruce Budworm would then infect all of the local wild pines, but DFO would claim that it could not possibly come from the farm trees and that it was merely a natural occurance in conjunction with unmitigated global warming and there was nothing they could do.[B)][B)][B)][B)][B)]
