Just came back from 2 weeks boating around the North Island, Desolation, Broughtons....it was great! This boat is awesome, and I am not 100% certain we want to part with it, but also thinking about the next boat. Don't ask what's next, we could go one of two ways (bigger, obviously, but have also considered smaller for a few years while we spend more time on other hobbies....so uncertain as I write this, got all winter to think it through.)...so, with some hesitation, here goes:
This boating/fishing machine has taken us all over the Island, from Quatsino and the Broughtons out to Nootka, Hornby, Desolation, Renfrew, Victoria and Sooke. Has caught lots of salmon and halibut (the 9’ deck is a fishing dream!), but also a great touring and camping boat! We camp under the canvas while on the pick in remote bays. Engines have been regularly maintained (by Sherwood) since purchased new there in 2021, flushed regularly. Has been kept at the marina for periods of up to 2 months, plus several weeks out and about, but otherwise trailered. Will be coho fishing through the fall so test ride is possible. Realize I don't have many interior or deck photos, but can take some on next trip out. Or look on the link below.
Same boat currently available at Sherwood, priced at $167k before trailer ($10K) and many of the extras (electronics, kicker, bottom paint and canvas to name a few).
