Smoked/canned whitefish.

Looking for ideas/inspiration for some of the whitefish in the freezer. Anyone on here with experience smoking or pressure-canning lingcod/halibut/rockfish?

I tried smoking ling before, wasn’t bad but not good enough to do it again.
