Hey guys,
I finally got around to cutting up some video from a trip to alaska last summer. We ended up getting on a couple pretty sweet bites just before the sockeye started showing up. The rainbows were feeding pretty heavily on sockeye salmon fry and they were busting on our sockeye fry patterns pretty good on the surface. We also got to do some great trout spey fishing with our 5 and 7 wt spey rods which was a total treat! Definitely a fun adventure capturing the katmai region!
