Skaha Lake

Been fishing Skaha for the last 4 years for Kokanee with good sucsess. Four years ago we got a few good size fish up to 6 pounds. Last year the biggest fish we got was about 2 pounds. This year we have a hard time getting any to take home. We have been getting bigger Rainbow trout in the last 2 year than when I started fishing here. I just started fishing the lakes 4 years ago and I would like to know if Kokanee have the same diet as young Sockeye. They have been releaseing over a million smolts into Skaha Lake a year for the last 4 years. If anyone can give me any information on this I would be gratefull.
