Should I do something about wheels on my trailer?

I'm totally new to boating and recently got a 14' boat with a trailer.

Non of my friends have a boat, so, you are my only hope to get a correct answer.
The wheel on the inside look suspicious, although, I already made like 4-5 trips to saltwater 20km each on this trailer, with no problems
I do not want get stranded on a road with a boat

Other than that trailer looks good, not rust, lights working good

Looks fine to me. Must have bearing buddies and pushed some grease out. In the off season change bearings and seals to be safe

Looks like you need to reseal the bearings. The back lip seal looks to have failed. Keep grease in it and it should be fine for short trips. I agree total reseal in the off season

To be on the safe side-jack each wheel up-grab the wheel and see if there is excessive movement in and out. Spin the wheel-listen for scraping noise and it should spin freely. If that is all good-you're fine until winter -then I would pull them inspect the spindles-repack bearings with new seals
