Shore fishing areas for rockfish around Victoria

Visiting the Victoria area for a couple days for vacation, wanted to try my luck at shore fishing for different rockfish but have no clue where would be best, any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Gets pretty pounded, but try your luck off 10 mile point, Ogden Pt. breakwater or Flemming beach breakwater. Don't fish West of Saxe point as it is closed to fishing. A drive out and hike in East Sooke park accesses some better spots and is a nice day out.

Vic was dumping raw sewage into the ocean till 2021. Just saying.
