Sewage discharge off SE Vancouver I sland

Planning on fishing out of Sidney and north from there early in July. What effect does all the raw sewage being discharged from Victoria and environs have on fish and fishing conditions in that area.

None that we know of since most the fish are migratory and only spending a fraction of their life close to the sewage.

Now rockfish off clover point might be a different story [xx(]
