Yeah too bad for the fisherman. Sort of. I'm thinking this is just one result of not enough whales to eat the sea lions. Where's all the whales? Dead or dying from pollutants and toxins we poison them with. Kind of like shooting ourselves in the foot and then blaming the gun manufacturer. I'm sure there's other reasons for the population explosion but if there's no predators, what do you expect. We see it in the interior with the deer, it happened in. Kelowna with rabbits and now sealions. For as smart as people can be, we're not really that bright.
