Scotty downrigger belts

If you ever happen to break a belt, take it back and Scotty will replace it no charge
I did not think they warrantied belts ?

I carry one spare that I bought, still haven't put enough hrs. on the Scotty's to worry about it. I believe, when I bought it about 3 years ago it was about that price then. Cheap insurance for sure, specially if you can keep fishing and get a new belt free!
