Don't like the price then don't buy it......don't be sewering guys on here because you don't like the asking price. No tax on his deal and not everyone needs a swivel base.

$700 is a fair price.

That being said, I have heard that warranty is only valid to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, and not to subsequent buyers of the used riggers.
