Nosed around the woods north of CR today. Nice day. Lots of exploring and a little fishing. No luck though. Fish from shore at one little lake, which was a very nice location. Then put the raft in at Twin lake, but it is super shallow and appears to be totally devoid of fish. Thinking about Amor lake next. Any ideas?

Hello.

There are fish in those lakes, smallish but edible.
Cast small lures in pink/blue, or use a bobber and hooked worm or orange powerbait.

Smallish, eh? Would be nice to find some decent trouting closer than Woss and not as windy as Campbell/Buttle. I will probably get out to these lakes once or twice more before heading down to Vic for the summer. I like the remote feel and the scenery.
