Hit it again on Sunday and nothing, not even a sniff.
Must have just been lucky on Friday and met up with a school moving through.
But it was damn nice to have an old time fishing experience again with 4 fish landed within an hour and a half.

good to hear, I've got the boat on the trailer right now and I've been bombing around the inlet and sidney so I may have to drop some lines up there.

Oh and by the way your release gaff was awesome the last couple of weekends I spent up in Barklay Sound!

Does anyone on here have any success in the Saanichton inlet?

Haven't heard of any great activity, still a case of scratching around, with the odd, and rare, ones being caught in the Narrows and off Cow Bay.
Don't know about Saanich Inlet or Mill Bay.

Fish the power line on the Saltspring side , tail of burial Islet on the ebb tide and Grave point just at the start of the narrows on Crofton side.
