Saltery Bay boat ramp

Staying near Thunder Bay at the end of this month and wondering about the Saltery Bay Park boat ramp which is just down the road.

Have read that it might be in disrepair? and wondering if I’ll be able to launch my 19’ aluminum CC there (and if there’s any tide considerations)?
