Apparently the ice plant is having some issues. Not sure the details but the lady from the Port authority mentioned it today.

Go to Flurer Smokery. Down along fisherman’s wharf. Got some back in June, it was far cheaper than other places along fisherman’s wharf. $2/scoop I believe. I think a 120qt and half a 90qt cooler cost me $24. They get their ice from French creek I believe. Highly recommend.
