Rodgers fishing lodge

I was wondering if anyone has a fishing report for the area near Rodgers Fishing Lodge. Three of us are heading up there on the 19th, and are wondering how the fishing is. Any usefull responses are welcome. thanks Dennis

Fishing is great all up and down the West Coast of the Island. I was just in Kyuquot and it was great (just to the north of Esperanza)....reports from Nootka to the south are great (as is Tofino, Ukie, Bamfield), so I would imagine you should be fine being in the middle of Nootka and Kyuquot.

There is a thread on here somewhere I think that was updating reports from Esperanza specifically.

Regardless....fishing reports all up and down the coast are the best in years so you should be in for a good trip!

I'll be there saturday and sunday. Staying in Zeballos. Will give a good report when I get back, but from what I hear it's been very good for everything except the larger springs.

There will be 24 of us going up to Newton Cove Lodge from the 9th thru the 14th of July. . Someone should be able to give you a report before you go up.
