Rod Repair Vancouver?

I have a G Loomis GL2 which needs a new tip. I would have taken it to Dave at Highwater Tackle however sadly that option is no longer possible. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I talked to some dolt on the phone at that place they wanted $350 while Highwater wanted $100.

Might end up sending it to the Island.
