Roat to Ucluelet vs Bamfield

I have driven the road to Bamfield, seems nice, some long steep sections that would really get the brakes hot towing...otherwise smooth. The road to Ukee I just towed my boat there this past weekend. Is it me, or did they remove a couple of those really brutal bumps in the road. I still hit a couple that bounce the trailer good, but seemed smoother than last year, still a helluva tow. Guess trailer and truck parking is slim in Bamfield, but still makes it more interesting now in deciding.

I broke a weld on my trailer bouncing the Ukee road. Happens all the time according to the good people at Larsen diesel who patched me up.
My theory is the old logs beneath the first versions of the road continue to rot away. It has improved, but slow down is still the lesson
Can't speak to Bamfield road. Cree to Swale same same from both towns.
