So with the recent sale of my boat I'm wondering if there is anyway I can check to see if the new owner has transfered the registration to his name.

Researching a registered vessel: Search the query system

Get vessel information such as ownership, mortgages, name, port of registry and official number. You can order transcripts, get vessel history and search registry information online.
