Recipe for smoking Tuna loins

Hey guys, there seems to be an abundance of Tuna around and I was wondering if anyone could share a good recipe for smoking them. I am using a Bradley smoker, have 30 lbs of Tuna loins and would like to smoke some. Thanks, Striper Sniper
