Let's hope so. There hasn't been a ton of activity (sales wise) up at Salmon Beach and it would be nice to see some of the places up there change hands so that the vacant or unused properties get improved upon with fresh owners. It would give me some hope for selling my place in the future as well. Things have been quite stagnant for the last few years.

Tofino end is pretty much built out, with the exception of the new Esowista reserve development, and the Ukee end is slowly getting there. They can't make more property so you've got a limited supply and the demand will be there again. On the doorstep of Barkley Sound and the Broken Group with one of the areas few boat launches - a very good investment over the long haul!!

I myself have enjoyed the fineries of your salmon beach lot Sculps, as well as many others. Great times were always had. Sounds like a sound investment to me!
