They have these powder paint spray guns at Luremaking.Com in the powder paint department.

Some of their spoons look darn good that they used it on.

Anybody ever used this gun?

Just wondering.......you get your first base color on..and then say you want to put a green stripe down the edge, is it ok to reheat the previous paint job to get the stripe on?

Are multiple re-heatings of the previous coats in order to add more colors going to mess things up?

i havnt used this gun, but i have done powder coating. powder coating is heat cured (duh) so the more times you apply heat, the harder the finish gets and the "more cured" it becomes, so no reheating will not damage or mess things up.
Make yourslef a little cardboard box spray booth, and you can poke wire through the roof of it to hang the lures, and then the booth with catch your overspray so you can reuse it.
Getting the parts evenly hot and getting the spray on quick is the trick to getting a nice finish (we always preheated the parts, applied spray, then quick back into the oven)

What does not adhere to the object will be collected and reused. :)
