Question? Boating facilities Mayne Island

Hi guys, looking for some boating info. If bringing a boat to Mayne Island by ferry what mooring options are available on Mayne. If there are no Marina facilities with available space, where is the best paved ramp on Mayne. Where is the nearest marine gas bar other than in Ganges. Thanks in advance, any info would be greatly appreciated.

No marina on Mayne. Lots of protected anchorage in Horton Bay. Depending on the size of your boat, there is a beach launch there at Aitken Point, but I think it would be a challenge for anything bigger than 20', and high tide only. There is also a "ramp" at David Cove that's sort of paved at the top, but it's only good for launch at high tide. I think the nearest fuel is Ganges or Montague Harbour on Galiano.

I guess there's no overnighting at government dock in Miner's Bay anymore is there. Thanks for the help.

Not officially I don't think, but the both gov dock in Horton and Miners always have boats tied up that look like they have been there for a while.
