Also, on the back of the scotty clips you can snap the little piece in and out for min and max setting....took me like 4 years to figure that out. I may also be a WD40 guy and learned to keep that away from the line and the clips...and your hands when grabbing the line and clips. I find I have to clean my releases every second trip due to jelly slime and whatever but also now carry spare green tips which can be easily swapped out when one starts acting up. also, the para chord keeps them from sliding and adding a scotty stopper to the top of a clip keeps them from sliding up the line too when you get them sticking really good.
