can somebody tell me if sannich inlet is open for prawns, and if not when does it open

Prawn and Shrimp: The harvest of prawns and shrimp by trap, ring net, or spear while diving, will close from January 1, 2010, to March 31, 2010, in the following Subareas:
Subareas 15-1 and 15-2 (Powell River) [map];
Subareas 16-1, 16-9, 16-10, 16-17 and 16-18 (Malaspina Strait / Egmont) [map];
Subareas 17-12 and 17-18 (Nanaimo / Ballenas) [map];
Subareas 17-6 and 17-9 (portion Stuart Channel) [map]; *
Subareas 19-7 to 19-12 inclusive (Saanich Inlet) [map];*
