im going up to port hardy tomorrow for a week or so to go hali fishing but will probably spend most of my time exploring rivers up there thinkin of checkin out the marble, cluxewe, nimpkish, and benson but never fished steel water up there. any advice would be REALLY APPRECIATED. thanx

X2....You're late by a couple of months for fresh steelhead up that way. I would try the Marble downstream from the campsite for your best shot.
