port edward fishing

hows the fishing this time a year around port edward,or rupert erea,i am thinking about heading up thier next week for some salmon,and hopefully a few hali`s.any good spots too try? thanks for any info...much apreciated

Try Warrior Rocks for hali's. There's a small sandy hump out there just to the north of the rocks that's really good. Might be a tad early for salmon at Goble Point on the way. Should be lots of feeders around.

thanks for the info one way, i will give it a shot.. i know its early yet, but its been along winter and i have the fish itus starting again.
