Any idea what the procedure is to replace a lost card ???

You did see that they offer 3 for $35?
I ordered three and as soon as I got them i found the old one that was lost for a good while .... good for life now

money grab is all it is, just got mine last month and passed without reading the book(96%), just another tax!!!! They will have to be re-newed like a drivers license most likely.
