My licence which was life time, now expires December 31 2030.
Another cash grab by the feds.

Strange. I applied for a new number last June 2025. Mine expires June 30/2035.

I am hoping they can use this system to go after derelict vessels.
So many craft anchored in bays, washed up on shore, spilling fuel, and have no registration numbers. No way to contact owners and apply liability.
Seems worth the $24
