Ingredients
3 1/2 cups all-purpose or bread flour (437g)
1 1/3 cups + 1 tbsp lukewarm water (338ml)
3 tbsp + 1 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
Hot Italian sausage (skinned and pre cooked), mushrooms, Costco fresh mozzarella.
Still rockin' the $2.00 Re-Store 16" ceramic tile for my pizza stone in regular kitchen oven.
Preheat oven and stone on bake for 30 minutes. Then as you're preparing the pie switch oven to broil.
Broil 3 minutes then add mozza pieces and switch back to bake at 450 for about 7 mins. Another minute or 2 on broil at the end to finish the cheese and brown the crust if needed.
