Butter chicken pizza is our new favorite. Spicy butter chicken sauce, chicken, fresh spinach, thinly sliced roasted potatoes, roasted peppers, mozzarella. It totally works! Chasin Dreams, you mentioned your northern vancouver island way . We've just recently moved to Sointula, maybe we're neighbors?

Right on. Welcome to the North Island! Yup we are not to far from each other. Sointula is beautiful. I go over there a fair bit through Spring and Summer. Love the lighthouse trail and beach on low tide and the campground with the trail and Whale watching platforms and pebble beaches.
