Pinks at Cherry Point

Has anyone seen any pinks showing up off the beach at Cherry Point or in Cowichan Bay? Was down there a few times over the last week and didn't see anything but sea lions.

Don't know if there are any more pinks in Cherry Pt or Cow bay. I think they discontinued the net pen more than 3 years ago now. Maybe just some natural spawners if any?

Yeah I knew they stopped the pen program but I thought the last year was 2011. It was a fun fishery while it lasted. There's always the coho a little later on though.
