Am asking where a good place to take my two kids for some pink action.I live in Comox and am willing to drive a bit if it means a good chance of getting the girls into some fairly steady action. We have a 19 foot cuddy so fairly well equipped. Thanks to those who help out.

No place I would rather be (FISH ON)

havent explored it yet this year... starting the search tomorrow. Normally, the beaches at the ends of gartley/spindrift on an evening flood will bring them in, another good spot is parking in the kingfisher parking lot, and trying right behind the resort. They have been friendly to this every year, no need to think this year would be any different.

Have a couple relatives camped at elk falls and fishing the campbell the last couple days, and getting into lots, if fish stories are to be believed :)

If you find a good spot to give the flyrod a workout, please post !

Hello Jencourt, the Point Holmes beach area has been producing a few pinks lately, try the south/west end of the beach near where the waterfront homes begin. Full tide is preferred for fishing from the beach, but I've done well off shore in the shallows at other times. Remember this area is non-retention of springs and wild coho until 1 Sept.

I am in Black Creek , send me an email .
Tell you were to go and what to use , just got in the door caught 12 lost many .
Perfect kids fishing

thanks for the info lazo and catsa
