pin stripping

Would like to replace the pin stripping on the boat, any thoughts on removing the old stuff

heat gun will make it come off easy !
if you can't borrow one, crappy tire sells them for around $25

While not as good as a proper heat gun, a hand held gun type hair dryer will likely do the job for you but you may have to let it cool a little more often.
