Here's a great video which shows a fast & easy way to obtain 5 boneless fillets off a pike.

Most people do not keep pike due to the bones, but they are very tasty. Enjoy the video & happy "boneless" cleaning!

I used to catch a lot of pike and we never were able to really enjoy eating them because it was so difficult to eat with all those bones.

We had no idea how to clean them.

Whenever we visit go home fishing in quebec again, Ill watch that video when we bring home our catch!
